Support us in designing the insurance experience of the future. As an Inside Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for the performance and development of our Sales Agents. You’ll work closely with the team on their daily phone sales, coach them on their sales pitch and approach, and make sure they consistently meet our sales and quality standards. The role is hands-on and focused on helping the team improve their performance day by day. This is a full-time hybrid role, with 2-3 days per week working from our Berlin office.
