DEINE MISSION • Als Team Lead Sales (SME) ist es deine Mission, den Erfolg aller Teammitglieder sicherzustellen. • Dieses Team zeichnet sich durch einige Besonderheiten aus: Full-Stack Sales: Das Team verantwortet den gesamten Prozess – von der Qualifizierung der Leads über Produktdemos und das Onboarding der KMU bis hin zum Account Management. (In den kommenden Monaten könnten wir ein eigenes Team für Onboarding und Account Management aufbauen.) Regional aufgestellt: Jede*r Sales Rep ist für mehrere Regionen verantwortlich, die von Berlin aus betreut werden. Rechne mit etwa 10 Reisen pro Jahr in die jeweiligen Regionen. Als neu geschaffenes Team liegt dein Fokus darauf, ein leistungsstarkes Team aufzubauen und nachhaltig weiterzuentwickeln.…
