About the Role This is a rare founding GTM opportunity at a fast-moving pre-seed healthtech startup based in Berlin. You'll be the first dedicated B2B Sales hire — there is no playbook yet, and your job is to write it. You'll own the full commercial motion from day one: building pipeline, closing deals, and feeding real market signal back into product and pricing. The company offers a personalized health operating system built around comprehensive biomarker diagnostics, clinician-reviewed insights, and year-round concierge support. On the B2B side, the platform powers corporate wellness programmes, insurer partnerships, clinic integrations, and a Diagnostics-as-a-Service API for partners.
