The Sales Manager LSR CEE is responsible for leading regional (or district or national) sales. Formulates sales strategy for assigned territory or products, Develops sales forecast, budget and manpower plans. Supervises and trains distributors and/or sales force to achieve sales targets. Pursues key prospects, negotiates and constructs appropriate terms of sales. This position reports to the Sales Director Central & Eastern Europe and is part of the Commercial Central & Eastern Europe Team working remotely.
