Als Vertriebsrecruiter (m/w/d) gestaltest du aktiv den personellen Ausbau unseres Exklusivvertriebs in deiner Region und trägst so maßgeblich zum nachhaltigen Wachstum der Gebietsdirektion bei. Dein Arbeitsplatz ist die Gebietsdirektion Leipzig (von Erfurt bis Görlitz), wobei dein Wohnsitz als Dienstsitz gilt. Das erwartet dich Gemeinsam mit den Regionalmanager:innen verantwortest du den personellen Ausbau der Vertriebsorganisation in der Gebietsdirektion Leipzig und unterstützt dabei, die Vertriebsstruktur nachhaltig weiterzuentwickeln. Du planst und steuerst eigenverantwortlich alle Recruitingaktivitäten in deiner Region. Dafür entwickelst du zielgruppengerechte Suchstrategien, identifizierst passende Talente und sorgst dafür, dass offene Vertriebsmöglichkeiten nachhaltig besetzt werden.…
