Deine Aufgaben Im Bereich Nanostrukturierung und Lithografie bearbeitest du hochpräzise Komponenten mit lithografischen und laserbasierten Fertigungsverfahren. Dabei arbeitest du im Reinraum und stellst Strukturen im Nanometerbereich unter hohen Qualitäts- und Sauberkeitsanforderungen her. Als Produktionsmitarbeiter:in Nanostrukturierung & Lithografie wirst du: Bauteile beschichten und laminieren. Bauteile belichten, entwickeln und tempern. Laseranlagen einrichten und bedienen. Bauteile, Anlagen und Materialien vorbereiten. Bauteile unter dem Mikroskop prüfen. fertigungsbegleitende Messungen durchführen und Produktionsdaten dokumentieren.
