In der Position als Assembler übernimmst Du eine erweiterte Rolle innerhalb der Produktion und bringst deine Erfahrung aktiv in die Herstellung und Kalibrierung von Baugruppen und Endoskopen ein. Neben der eigenständigen Durchführung komplexerer Tätigkeiten und Nacharbeiten erkennst du Probleme im Produktionsfluss frühzeitig und wirkst aktiv an deren Lösung mit. Qualität ist dabei ein zentraler Anspruch: Du unterstützt Prozessverbesserungen, begleitest Tests und trägst durch dein fachliches Urteilsvermögen zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung bei. Zudem gibst du dein Wissen gezielt an Kolleginnen und Kollegen weiter, unterstützt den Wissenstransfer und kommunizierst sicher mit Führungskräften und Ingenieuren.…
