The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for supervising production personnel who manufacture critical instruments and components used in diagnostic applications, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and operational excellence. This position reports to the Senior Manufacturing Manager and is part of the Manufacturing department located in Munich/Baierbrunn and will be an on-site role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Develop and implement short, medium, and long-term operational plans that align with production requirements and organizational priorities to meet schedule adherence and On‑Time Delivery (OTD) targets.
