We are looking for an ITSD Intern (Local Service Desk) to join our Enterprise Technology Services tribe, based in Berlin, Germany. This role focuses on operational excellence, asset lifecycle management, ticket coordination, and workplace organization, allowing the Service Desk team to focus on technical troubleshooting and user support. The position provides hands-on exposure to IT operations and serves as an entry point into a future Service Desk. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate IT asset inventory records by tracking new arrivals and ensuring all hardware status updates are reflected in the CMDB.
