Wir suchen eine Nachwuchsführungskraft Standortmanagement (m/w/d) in Vollzeit an unserem Standort in Karlsruhe. Welche Aufgaben Sie übernehmen Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für die operativen Abläufe im Stückgut und arbeiten eng mit dem Standortleiter an der Weiterentwicklung der gesamten operativen Performance Darüber hinaus erhalten Sie Einblicke in die Steuerung des Umschlaglagers sowie in standortübergreifende Führungs- und Managementthemen Sie treffen zusammen mit dem Standortleiter die Auswahl und führen die vertragliche Bindung mit Subunternehmern durch Sie unterstützen das Management bei der Planung und Umsetzung und sind Ansprechpartner für operative Belange Sie nehmen Anpassungen in den operativen Prozessen der Stückgutabwicklung vor und implementieren (de-)zentrale Projekte…
