Für unseren Standort in Kerpen suchen wir ab sofort Sie als Schichtführer Produktion Automotive (m/w/d). Ihre Aufgaben Verantwortung für die Produktion von hochwertigen Erzeugnissen nach Zielvorgaben (qualitativ und quantitativ) Überwachung und Optimierung der Arbeitsabläufe und Produktionsprozesse Rüsten der Arbeitsplätze Behebung von Störungen an Anlagen Durchführung und Dokumentation von täglichen Prozessaudits sowie Berichterstattung an die Produktionsleitung Verantwortung für die Einhaltung der Arbeits-, Gesundheits- und Umweltvorschriften, sowie der Betriebsordnung Verantwortlich für die OEE (Dokumentation, Einleitung und Umsetzung von Gegenmaßnahmen bei Nicht-Zielerreichung) Mitarbeit bei allen internen SQTKM-Themen (Sicherheit, Qualität, Termin, Kosten, Mitarbeit) Einarbeitung…
