Überprüfung der vorgegebenen Gießparameter gemäß Checkliste Soll – IST Vergleich durchführen und dokumentieren Systematische Schwachstellenerfassung im Druckgiessprozess und Festlegung von Massnahmen zur Optimierung des OEE (Zykluszeiten, Qualität, Verfügbarkeit). Überwachung der Wirksamkeit von Verbesserungsmassnahmen im Druckgiessprozess. Bewertung und Einführung geeigneter neuer Technologien Unterstützung der Produktion bei der Lösung von technischen, qualitativen und prozessbedingten Problemstellungen. Analyse und Festlegung von Giessprozessvorgaben (Fertigungsparameter) unter Beachtung der Qualitätsanforderungen an das Produkt sowie die Wirtschaftlichkeit des Fertigungsprozesses.…
