Als Kundenbetreuer/in im Tagungsgeschäft bist Du die zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Bestandskunden und sorgst dafür, dass ihre Seminare und Veranstaltungen reibungslos geplant und umgesetzt werden. Dabei arbeitest Du eng mit Hotels, Locations und Dienstleistern zusammen und machst aus jeder Anfrage ein gelungenes Event. Deine Rolle Von der ersten Anfrage bis zur erfolgreichen Abrechnung begleitest Du unsere Kunden durch den gesamten Planungsprozess und sorgst dafür, dass jedes Detail stimmt. Dabei übernimmst Du unter anderem: Du koordinierst Seminare und Tagungen für unsere Bestandskunden und bist ihre erste Ansprechperson. Du steuerst die Zusammenarbeit zwischen Kunden, Hotels und weiteren Dienstleistern.…
