Du berätst und unterstützt unsere Kunden bei Implementierungsprojekten von SAP SuccessFactors mit dem Fokus auf Architektur und Integration, insbesondere zu SAP HCM sowie weiteren Schnittstellen Du analysierst und verstehst Kundenanforderungen und berätst unsere Kunden – teilweise auch auf Leitungsebene – zu deren Umsetzbarkeit Du führst themen- und architekturbezogene Workshops mit Kunden durch Die Konzeption und Konfiguration von Integrationen zwischen SuccessFactors und SAP HCM sowie weiteren Drittsystemen (z. B. IAS/IPS, SAP FI) gehören zu deinem Aufgabenbereich.
