Als Fachplaner (m/w/d) im Bereich Tiefbau Entwässerungs- & Verkehrsflächen übernimmst du im Planungsteam die fachliche Verantwortung für Projekte in der Grundstücksentwässerung und den Außenanlagen. Du gestaltest die Schnittstelle zwischen Grundstück, Infrastruktur und Gebäude, begleitest anspruchsvolle Projekte von der Konzeption bis zur Abnahme und bist dabei zentrale Ansprechperson innerhalb der Planungskoordination. Verantwortlichkeiten Erstellung von Entwurfs- und Ausführungsplänen für Verkehrsflächen, Außenanlagen sowie die Grundstücksentwässerung Erstellung von Gelände- und Massenmodellen – als solide Grundlage für Kalkulation und Ausführung Abstimmung mit Genehmigungsbehörden sowie dem internen Projektteam und Begleitung des gesamten Abstimmungsprozesses Koordination von…
