Im Rahmen deiner Werkstudententätigkeit unterstützt du unser PMO-Team bei der Überwachung von Projektzeitplänen, Budgets und Ressourcen. Für die Erstellung von Projektstatusberichten, Präsentationen und Meeting-Protokollen bringst du dich aktiv ein. Die Pflege und Organisation projektrelevanter Dokumente sowie Wissensressourcen übernimmst du gewissenhaft. Bei der Identifikation und Nachverfolgung von Risiken und Problemen im Projektverlauf leistest du wertvolle Unterstützung. Du koordinierst Meetings, Workshops und Schulungen, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf der Projektaktivitäten zu gewährleisten. Die Kommunikation mit verschiedenen internen und externen Stakeholdern supportest du professionell und zielorientiert.…
