Auf Basis öffentlicher Ausschreibungen oder im Austausch mit unseren Kunden analysieren Sie den Bedarf und ermitteln die Grundlagen. Kreative und selbständige Umsetzung der Kundenanforderungen in einen architektonischen Entwurf inklusive der eigenständigen Präsentation Ihres Entwurfs. Eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung der Planungsphasen in Anlehnung an die HOAI LP 1-4, alternativ qualitativ anspruchsvolle Ausarbeitung von Ausführungs-. Detail- und Werkstattplanung (LPH 5 - 6). Abstimmung und Koordination mit Fachingenieuren sowie allen Planungspartnern bei GOLDBECK sowie Bauherren und Behörden.…
