Als Laborant / Technische Assistenz (m/w/d) bei uns... übernimmst du eigenständig und termingerecht die Bearbeitung von Lebensmittelproben anhand unterschiedlicher Methoden (z.B. Titrimetrie, Photometrie, Volumetrie, Polarimetrie, Gravimetrie, etc.) verantwortest du die Probenvorbereitung, Extraktion und Aufreinigung dokumentierst du die abgeschlossenen Prozessabschnitte und pflegst die Daten im hausinternen Laborinformationssystem (LIMS) führst du Qualitätssicherungsmaßnahmen durch nimmst du an Ringversuchen / Laborvergleichsuntersuchungen teil unterstützt du bei der Optimierung von Laborprozessen und der Entwicklung weiterer Verfahren in Zusammenarbeit mit den jeweiligen Fachabteilungen Du...…
