Deine Verantwortlichkeiten: Extraktion: RNA/DNA-Isolierung aus verschiedenen Materialtypen. Anwendung von QC-Maßnahmen über automatisierte oder manuelle Prozesse. Vorbereitung von Liberaries: Vorbereitung von DNA- und RNA-Liberaries, Qualitätskontrolle und NGS-Sequenzierung. Analysen: Durchführung von molekulargenetischen Analysen mit verschiedenen Technologien (z.B. PCR, NGS) und Überwachung der automatisierten Laborprozesse und Bedienung der Hamilton-Robo-ter. Dokumentation: Pflegen und aktualisieren zugewiesene SOPs und dokumentieren Prozesse in LIMs. Planung: Unterstützung des Leiters des NGS-Labors bei der Planung und Terminierung von Laborak-tivitäten, Experimenten und Projekten.…
