Als Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) in unserem Serviceteam bist Du für die Kommunikation (vorwiegend per Mail) zu Termin- und Serviceanfragen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Labor und der Kundenbetreuung zuständig. Dabei übernimmst Du die Auftragskoordination und Verfolgung von Kundenaufträgen im LIMS (Laborinformationsmanagementsystem) zur Sicherstellung einer termingerechten Lieferung. Die Koordination der fachlichen Abstimmung zur Auftragsabwicklung mit der Kundenbetreuung, dem Vertrieb sowie der Laborleitung gehört ebenfalls zu Deinem Aufgabengebiet. Außerdem nimmst Du Klärungsfälle (Proben) aus dem Probeneingang sowie dem Labor auf inkl. der Darlegung der fachlichen Machbarkeit im Labor.…
