Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort für den Standort Wiesbaden eine/n Mitarbeiter/in (m/w/d) Rentenverwaltung Service Center Inbound (auch in Teilzeit, Vormittags) (Kennziffer 202604102) Was erwartet Dich? Du bist für die Rentnerinnen und Rentner unserer Kunden häufig die erste Anlaufstelle. Am Telefon beantwortest Du freundlich und kompetent Fragen rund um die Abrechnung der betrieblichen Altersversorgung und hilfst bei einfachen Anliegen direkt weiter. Dabei arbeitest Du im First-Level-Support eng mit Deinen Kolleginnen und Kollegen zusammen. Neben der Telefonie bearbeitest Du eingehende E-Mails und Post, pflegst Stammdaten und übernimmst weitere kundenbezogene Aufgaben im Team.…
