xHeron is building the Service-as-Software company for short-term rental operators. We own the outcome, the responsibility, and the industry standards. Traditionally, operators had two options: build and manage an internal 24/7 operation or hand over the business to a full-service property manager. We take on the operating scope directly, serving the most critical part of any hospitality business at scale: Guest Operations. We bootstrapped to high six figures ARR in 18 months, across 500+ units, and have just closed our Pre-Seed. We're setting out to define the new standard for how short-term rental operators run their business.
