Deine Aufgaben Meister des Gebäudes: Du wartest und reparierst die gesamte Haustechnik, z.B. Kälteanlagen, Sprinkleranlagen, Regalanlagen sowie Elektroanlagen, Fenster, Türen, Tore, Lüftung/Heizung und Sanitär. Du sorgst dafür, dass alles läuft: Regelmäßige Kontrollen der technischen Anlagen sowie die Sicherstellung der Anlagenverfügbarkeit gehören zu deiner Alltagsroutine. Du suchst selbstständig nach Störungsursachen und behebst sie. Ansprechpartner vor Ort: Du betreust die Fachfirmen bei ihren Tätigkeiten bei uns. Deine Handwerkskünste sind gefragt: Führe Umbauten, Erweiterungen sowie Neuinstallationen an den zu betreuenden Anlagen durch.…
