Als Agile Master (m/w/d) bei AXA gestaltest du die agile Zusammenarbeit in einem unserer 13 Tribes aktiv mit und übernimmst Verantwortung für 2-3 Squads. Du bist Teil des Leadership-Teams und arbeitest eng mit Product Ownern, Chapter Leads sowie weiteren Agile Mastern zusammen, um Teams zu befähigen, gemeinsame Ziele zu erreichen und nachhaltige Ergebnisse zu liefern.
