Due to continued expansion we require an MEP Quantity Surveyor in Germany. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates, project budgets, and financial reports for MEP projects Conduct regular valuations and produce accurate cost analyses Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to optimize cost control measures Manage tender documents, procurement, and contract administration Identify and manage potential risks, variations, and change orders Ensure all work is compliant with industry standards and regulations
