Du gestaltest aktiv die (Weiter-)Entwicklung von Change- und Organisationsentwicklungsmaßnahmen für Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende im Rahmen der Transformation unseres Geschäftsbereichs Global Business Services mit. Die Organisation, Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von vielfältigen Veranstaltungen und Workshops – sowohl virtuell als auch vor Ort für bis zu 200 Teilnehmer:innen – liegt in deiner Hand. Du bringst dich bei der Etablierung unserer neuen Feedbacklandschaft ein und unterstützt uns tatkräftig im Plattformmanagement. Durch deine aktive Mitarbeit im internen Moderatoren-Pool knüpfst du wertvolle Kontakte und sammelst erste Erfahrungen in der Moderation.…
