Zusammen mit deinem Team stellst du sicher, dass der kreative Output stets auf dem höchsten Level und im Sinne der strategischen Ausrichtung ist. Deine Ideen überzeugen Kund:innen und hinterlassen bei renommierten Kreativwettbewerben einen bleibenden Eindruck und du hast auch das Zeug, kreative Exzellenz innerhalb deines Teams zu erkennen und weiterzuentwickeln. WAS DU MACHST Du planst das Team auf Projekte, steuerst die Umsetzung und bist erste kreative Qualitäts Instanz – von der Kampagnenidee bis zum finalen Deck, enge Timings inklusive Du entwickelst Konzepte und Ideen für unseren Hero Account, übersetzt Trends in relevante Kampagnenansätze und entwickelst den Kunden kreativ…
