Ihre Aufgaben Vorbereitung & Organisation: Unterstützung bei der Planung, Koordination und Organisation von Events (Messen, Konferenzen, interne Veranstaltungen), inkl. Abstimmung mit Dienstleistern und Pflege von Teilnehmerlisten sowie bei der Erstellung von Ablaufplänen, Checklisten und Briefings. Kommunikation & Marketing: Erstellung von Eventmaterialien (Präsentationen, Handouts, Beschilderung) und Online-Inhalten (Eventseiten, Landingpages, Social Media) sowie Mithilfe bei Einladungsmanagement und Event-Kommunikation (Mailings, Newsletter). Durchführung & Betreuung: Mithilfe beim Auf- und Abbau sowie bei der operativen Betreuung vor Ort (Registrierung, Gästebetreuung, Empfang) sowie Ansprechpartner für Teilnehmende und Unterstützung des Event-Teams am Veranstaltungstag.…
