Deine Aufgaben sind vielseitig und liegen im Kern der digitalen Kundenabsicherung: Eigenständige und vollumfängliche Video- und Telefonberatung unserer Kunden. Aufbau langfristiger und vertrauensvoller Verhältnisse durch proaktiven Austausch. Erstellung individueller Absicherungskonzepte und anbieterunabhängiger Marktvergleiche. Fachliche Betreuung, Optimierung und strategische Begleitung bestehender Verträge. Bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit zur Implementierung neuer Ideen und Steigerung der Kundenzufriedenheit. Unterstützung in allen relevanten Fragestellungen im Rahmen der Kundenbeziehung.…
