In dieser Position vereinst du ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und fundiertes Fachwissen im Bereich Operations, um effektive Steuerungs- und Controlling-Prozesse voranzutreiben und nachhaltige Entscheidungen zu ermöglichen. Das erwartet dich Du erstellst und verbesserst kontinuierlich Modelle zur Vorhersage relevanter operativer KPIs, wie z.B. Arbeitsmengen und Kapazitäten für Voice- und Non-Voice-Kanäle. Du stellst einen kontinuierlichen Abgleich von Rückständen, Durchlaufzeiten, Produktivitäten und FTE-Bedarfen sicher. Daraus leitest du Handlungsempfehlungen für das Top-Management ab und überwachst kontinuierlich die Maßnahmenumsetzung. Du entwickelst und setzt datengetriebene Projekte zur Optimierung von Kunden-, Prozess-, Finanz- und operativen Kennzahlen um.…
