Deine Aufgaben Als Teil unseres Deal Management& Execution-Teams in Frankfurt/Main, Hamburg, Berlin, Düsseldorf, Stuttgart oder München begleitest du komplexe Geschäftstransformationen – von Carve-outs über Post-Merger-Integration bis hin zu Joint Ventures – und gestaltest Transaktionen jeder Größenordnung aktiv mit. Dabei übernimmst du vielfältige Aufgaben: Mitwirkung bei der Erarbeitung von Integrations- bzw.
