JOIN OUR TEAM As a Head of Operations Technology, you will own the product and technology behind Westwing’s operational backbone, including order management, warehouse management, and customer care across 20+ European markets. Having recently completed a major migration of our order and warehouse management systems to modern SaaS platforms, Fluent OMS and Reflex WMS, we are now building the next generation of scalable, automated operations on top of that foundation. As the accountable leader for this landscape, you will combine product ownership with engineering leadership, managing a team of engineers and product managers, setting the roadmap, and ensuring our systems perform reliably at peak and scale efficiently as we grow.…
