Your Role Lead and supervise a team of KYB analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure high performance, adherence to quality standards, and compliance with the EU Anti-Money Laundering Regulation. Manage day-to-day operations of the KYB team, including workload distribution, task prioritisation, and resolution of operational issues, leveraging workflow automation tools and solutions to maximise efficiency.
