Als Leiter Betrieb und Sicherheit (m/w/d) verantwortest du das operative Herz von FlixTrain: von der Betriebs- und Produktionsplanung über die Leitstelle, die in Echtzeit den Betrieb steuert, bis hin zur Betriebssicherheit, der Flottendisposition sowie dem Partner- und Qualitätsmanagement. Du sorgst für einen sicheren, pünktlichen, zuverlässigen und kundenfreundlichen Zugbetrieb und baust das Führungsteam über alle operativen Funktionen hinweg auf – mit direkter Berichtslinie an den CEO. Wir suchen eine Persönlichkeit, die unternehmerisch handelt und entscheidet, für die Sache brennt, mit anpackt und Lust am Aufbau von Strukturen, Prozessen und Optimierungen hat. Bei uns kannst du den Betrieb des größten privaten Fernverkehrsplayers in Deutschland aufbauen.…
