WAS DICH ERWARTET Als Fachkraft für Gebäudemanagement (m/w/d) trägst Du maßgeblich dazu bei, dass unsere Gebäude, technischen Anlagen, Außenbereiche und Fahrzeuge jederzeit betriebsbereit sind. Hier sind Deine Hauptaufgaben im Überblick: Du hältst unsere Gebäude, Außenanlagen, Fahrzeuge und technischen Anlagen in Schuss. Du führst Wartungs-, Instandhaltungs- und Reparaturarbeiten durch und behebst technische Störungen. Du koordinierst externe Dienstleister und unterstützt bei der Umsetzung von Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen. Du sorgst dafür, dass gesetzliche Prüfungen und Sicherheitsstandards eingehalten werden. Du dokumentierst Wartungs- und Reparaturmaßnahmen und behältst den Überblick über laufende Aktivitäten.…
