ABOUT THE ROLE As an Operations Specialist (f/m/d) in Sea Freight Import, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality transport execution, providing comprehensive customer service, and driving a high level of customer satisfaction. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Advise and support clients on the entire logistics process. - Manage shipments from booking to invoicing, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. - Communicate and coordinate with key partners, such as customs and carriers. - Prepare and document manual quotations accurately and efficiently. - Ensure and improve the quality of customer processes, leveraging data analysis to drive enhancements.
