What you’ll do: You will work closely with two P&O sub-teams: Talent & Leadership Development and People Strategy & Organizational Development, gaining exposure to different HR fields. You will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end training activities, from participant communication to training evaluation, supporting the continuous development of our Emmies. You will contribute creative ideas to improve learning and development opportunities across the organization. You will support strategic people projects related to career progression, job architecture, and organizational development. You will collaborate with project leads to manage documentation, track progress, and coordinate project rollouts across multiple workstreams.…
