Deine ersten Monate als Chief Operating Officer bei DRIVAR® Du übernimmst die operative Führung unseres globalen Internet-Marktplatzes für Sportwagen, Oldtimer und Luxusautos von unserem wunderschön an der Elbe gelegenen Hauptsitz in Magdeburg aus. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Gründerteam gestaltest du die Skalierung unserer Plattform in Europa und treibst die Automatisierung unserer Prozesse konsequent voran. Du optimierst unsere Marktplatz-Mechaniken, um das internationale Wachstum effizient zu steuern und unsere Marktposition nachhaltig zu festigen. Das bringst du mit Du verfügst über fundierte Führungserfahrung auf Geschäftsführungsebene und verstehst es, operative Abläufe in einem wachstumsstarken Umfeld zu strukturieren.…
