Role and responsibilities As a Strategic Buyer (Sourcing Lead), you will: build and maintain business relationships with key local and global suppliers and coordinate cross-functional supplier account teams. develop supplier account plans and ensure their timely implementation in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. negotiate and conclude different types of commercial agreements, including long-term supply agreements, framework agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and cost roadmaps. drive supplier performance and continuous improvement across quality, logistics, technology, cost, and sustainability, based on supplier assessments and audit results. contribute to local and global supplier strategies and prepare supplier selection as well as make-or-buy decisions for management.…
