Dein Alltag besteht aus einem vielseitigen Mix: Du verantwortest den Aufbau und die operative Leitung von Partner Success und bist gleichzeitig selbst aktiv in der Partnerbetreuung tätig. Du entwickelst die gesamte Partner Journey – vom Onboarding über Engagement, Growth und Loyalty bis zum Offboarding. Für jede Phase definierst du konkrete Aktionen und setzt diese mit deinem Team um – immer mit dem Fokus, unsere Treuhand-Partner zu befähigen und ihre erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit mit bexio zu fördern.…
