Acteur de la grande distribution Vos missions Rattaché au service facturation, vous interviendrez en support opérationnel pour garantir la bonne gestion et la fluidité des flux de facturation. Vos missions principales: Gérer la boîte e-mails dédiée au service facturation et traiter les demandes entrantes. Effectuer la saisie des avoirs fabricants dans le système de gestion. Gérer les litiges de facturation liés aux quantités ou à la qualité des produits, en lien avec les différents services. Répondre aux appels téléphoniques entrants et orienter les interlocuteurs. Assurer l’archivage et la bonne organisation des documents. Apporter un soutien administratif aux gestionnaires de flux de facturation dans leurs missions quotidiennes.…
