Role The Learning and Development Expert - LMS & Data owns the technical and data backbone of our learning infrastructure. Makes sure the LMS runs smoothly, data is captured cleanly, and gives the L&D team the foundation for sound, data-driven decisions. What you'll do Build, configure, and maintain the LMS (course structure, user management, automations, reporting) Collect and analyze learning KPIs (completion rates, engagement, skill-gap data) and translate them into clear dashboards Support learning needs assessments through data analysis (skill matrices, team-level training gaps) Produce regular reports on the effectiveness of learning initiatives for leadership Act as the technical point of contact for LMS integrations with other HR systems Support the organization and execution of…
