Deine Aufgaben Du quantifizierst Marktpotenziale unseres aktuell strategisch wichtigsten New Venture und führst fundierte Feasability Analysen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Enpal Experten-Netzwerk durch. Du übernimmst die volle End-to-End-Ownership für erste Projektpiloten im „ Founder Mode “: von Kundenakquise über Projektplanung bis operativer Baustellenbegleitung. Du bereitest strategische Unterlagen für C-Level Check-ins vor und unterstützt das Management direkt bei der Entscheidungsfindung. Du konzipierst und implementierst skalierbare Vertriebs- und Operations- Prozesse, um unsere Produkte deutschlandweit erfolgreich auszurollen. Du moderierst interne Workshops, um zusätzliche Wachstumspotenziale zu identifizieren und das Zusammenspiel innerhalb der Organisation zu heben.…
