Experienced Meisters rely on years of tacit knowledge, technical documentation and intuition. Less experienced technicians frequently need additional visits or senior support. Rudi makes that expertise available to every technician and across trades. Our AI assistant guides technicians through diagnosis and repair, combines manufacturer knowledge with real service experience, and learns from the outcome of every job.
