Ziel ist es durch Analyse, Standardisierung und Optimierung von Produktionsaufträgen, Materialflüssen und fertigungsbegleitenden Qualitätsprozessen Abläufe effizienter zu steuern, Medienbrüche zu reduzieren und den Dokumentationsaufwand nachhaltig zu verringern.
