Das erwartet dich: Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle im Büro und empfängst Mitarbeitende, Besucher:innen und Gäste herzlich und professionell. Du betreust den Empfang: Du nimmst Anrufe an, bearbeitest Post und Lieferungen und leitest Anfragen an die richtige Stelle weiter. Du unterstützt den Facility Manager im Büroalltag, vom Empfang von Dienstleistern bis zur Nachverfolgung von Wartungsanfragen. Du organisierst die Besprechungsräume und hältst sie für interne und externe Meetings bereit. Du verwaltest Besucherzugänge und Zugangskarten und pflegst die Unterlagen zu Arbeitsschutz, Sicherheitsübungen und Vorschriften. Du füllst Vorratskammer und Büromaterial auf, meldest den Bedarf und hilfst bei der Pflege der Lieferantenkontakte.…
