As a Technical Integration Specialist, you will improve the e-commerce experience for hundreds of millions of users across the world by providing first level technical support to e-commerce companies (our customers) as they integrate their websites and mobile applications with Constructor's platform. This includes: Onboarding support - Collaborating with customers to understand their technical integration needs and assist them through the integration process API and library education - Providing expert guidance on integrating with Constructor's APIs and utilizing open source libraries Troubleshooting - Helping resolve technical challenges and integration issues alongside Customer Success teams Index configuration - Working with customers to ensure their product catalogs are properly…
