This role leads and trains technicians, ensures rental equipment meets quality standards, coordinates workloads to meet shipping deadlines, manages inventory and supplies, and maintains a clean, safe, and organized department. Experience in live event production, entertainment lighting, or rental warehouse operations, along with prior supervisory experience, is preferred.
