Die Rolle Du bist Performance Ad Creative in unserem Growth Team. Unsere Performance-Agentur steuert Strategie, Testplan und Media Buying auf Meta und TikTok. Du baust die Ads: Statics und Video, Hooks und Varianten, in wöchentlichen Sprints. Aus jedem Gewinner machst du die nächste Generation. Dafür verbindest du Daten mit Kreativität. Du weißt, was im E-Commerce gerade funktioniert, liest die Zahlen deiner Ads und machst daraus die nächste Idee. Du entwickelst und produzierst selbst, von Konzept und Skript bis zum fertigen Asset. Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen Brand und Performance: Du arbeitest eng mit unserer Creative Direction zusammen, nutzt die Bildwelt der Marke als Fundament und sorgst dafür, dass Qstar auch in schnellen Ads erkennbar bleibt.…
