‎ As an Operations Quality Specialist in our High Tech Solution Center (HSC), you will ensure that global freight forwarding procedures for high-demand customers meet agreed quality standards. You’ll maintain a clear operational overview, monitor compliance, and step in proactively before issues escalate. Your expertise will help deliver seamless service and protect customer trust. This position is based at our office in Gärtringen (near Stuttgart) and requires regular on-site presence. Remote work is possible occasionally, but this is not a fully remote role.
